Once you have been notified that your application was successful, meeting over coffee, we will spend time before our session to get to know one another.
Through questions and conversation we delve into your personality, curiosities, what is meaningful to you, memories you hold on to, what brings you joy, love and passion to your life.
Inspired by your answers the creative concept is explored. Once agreed, all models will be required to complete a model release form.

Let the adventure begin
These are creative portrait sessions to build a powerful pictorial narrative that you will be part of.
Your styling could range from unfashionably quirky clothing and hairstyling, special effects make-up, getting dirty and whatever is required to help express and strengthen emotions.
The editing process may contain composited imagery, distort reality, post process and change your appearance to emphasise the story.
Creative sessions will be at my studio or an agreed site location.

The Exchange
In return for your time, testimonial and interview on your experience you will receive:
A complimentary 3-4 hour creative session. Value
- 3 Artist choice, professionally edited, Fine Art printed portrait images of you.
(image size, shortest edge minimum of eight inches).
Your images will be ready in two working weeks after the Creative Session. - 3 Duplicate digital high-resolution JPGs of the above prints for personal, portfolio and press related usage.
( Copyright belongs to the photographer. No commercial usage allowed) - 3 Duplicate low-resolution images for social media use with my logo.
In the event, your image is included in a Limited Edition series you will receive a generous artist discount on that Fine Art Print.
No, I do not do Glamour or Boudoir photography.
I am not a photographer I am an Artist / Photo Artist and I specialise in creating unique pieces of Photo-composite art with everyday people.

Usually around 3 - 4 hours. I personally don't cut things short, so as long as it takes and you are comfortable with continuing the process.
Sometimes this can be longer due to costume preperation.
There is no one way I come up with my visual storytelling. The ideas range from a conversation I might have with someone, a news article, things people tell me, history all sorts of ways. I like stories so I aim to create images that tell authentic stories which I hope will connect with you.
My art form is to combine fine art, photography, illustration, writing, poetry etc to create a complete pictorial narrative that has meaning and purpose to me. I like to think my art is entering into an authentic dialogue with the viewer.
The short answer is no. I understand you may feel more comfortable with a friend for support but this can cause you to lose your focus and may adversely affect the outcome of your creative experience and the art produced.
I have a dedicated and separate studio situated at my home location where I create imagery for the fictional art narratives.
I mostly do all my own Fine Art printing using a large format commercial photographic pigment ink printer referred to as Giclée Printing. I currently use a Cannon Prograf IPF6400 using the best photographic quality papers and INK available. Quality is paramount.
( should my printer fail then I use a quality professional printing service)
The Canvas prints I outsource with a reliable professional Giclée printer, I may also use an outsourced professional Giclée printer for my works on paper if needed.
The word Giclée (“g-clay”), is derived from the French verb gicler meaning “to squirt or spray”, Giclee, is used to describe a fine art digital printing process combining pigment based inks with high-quality archival quality paper to achieve Giclée prints of superior archival quality, light fastness and stability.
My merchandise is produced using various manufacturers.
